Serial production

Singer instruments and control manufactures small-medium quantities of products and components, ranging between hundreds to thousands of units annually.

Our production process is extremely strict and follows ISO13485 or AS9100 regulations (depending on the requirements). As we proceed to serial production,
we prepare a comprehensive production file that is approved by
our professional personnel.

QA/QC processes are strict, and we fill routing cards, maintain records as required by the suitable regulations or as a specific request from our customers, including serial numbers full components tracking, batch tracking and KC numbers.

All Singer products leave our facility with a COC/COA, a batch/lot number and sometimes a serial number per unit.
